PREP BUWAN NG WIKA
AUGUST 7, 2009
The Prep students celebrated the Buwan ng Wika with several enjoyable and relevant activities. Last August 7, they had an exhibit of different Philippine products. Parents were also invited to tell a Filipino story in each section last August 14. The stories selected are about the preservation of nature and natural resources. On the same day, the Prep girls had so much fun playing Fiilipino games like luksong lubid and agawang panyo. The month of August would not be complete without SAMAHAN. This time, the sessions were graced by parents who shared their talents and time to enlighten the students on the importance of community helpers. The celebration ended with Timpalak Pagbigkas in Prep. as the students recited the poem "Tatak-Teresyana" by Mrs. Tsarisma Gloria. This was probably one of the most exciting days of their lives in Prep!
