Grade School Admissions
The Guidance and Counseling Center wishes to announce that the start of admissions for PREP and TRANSFEREES for School Year 2008-2009.
For PREP:
- The child must be 5 ½ to 6 ½ years old by June 2008.
- The child should have attended a nursery school for at least one year prior to enrollment.
- Requirements are the following:
- the child's birth certificate
- the child's baptismal certificate
- certification from the nursery school where the child is presently enrolled
- the parents' marriage contract (for Guidance purposes)
For TRANSFEREES:
- The applicant must have an average grade in the report card of at least 85%.
- Requirements are the following:
- the child's birth certificate
- the child's baptismal certificate
- certified true copy of the present report card
- the parents' marriage contract (for Guidance purposes)

High School General Information
- High School Admission for School Year 2008-2009 starts on October 1 to October 26, 2007, Monday to Friday, and resumes on November 5, 2007 to March 2008.
Time:
7:30 A.M. – 12:00 N.N.
12: 00 N.N. – 3:00 P.M.
Testing Fee: PHP 450.00
The following are the requirements: (original and clear Xerox copies of all documents)
- Birth certificate of applicant
- Baptismal certificate of applicant
- Parent’s Marriage contract
- Recommendation on good behavior and character from the principal
- For First year applicants
- Report cards (Form 138) in Grades 4 to 5 and a certified true copy of the latest grades of the current year
- For second year applicants
- Report cards (Form 138) in grades 4 to 6 and a certified true copy of the latest grades of the current year
- Certification of confirmation of STC, Quezon City high school students/graduates can be claimed from National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, N.S. Amoranto Street, La Loma, Quezon City. You may call telephone no. 731-9306
- Student Academic Records
- Records of College graduates and undergraduates from St. Theresa’s College, Manila can be claimed from the High School Registrar’s Office of STC, Quezon City or call 740-1821
- Records of Elementary and Secondary levels of St. Theresa’s College, Manila can be claimed from the Records Section of Division of City Schools , located at P. Gomez Elementary School, 1224 P. Guevarra Street, Manila (in front of Central Market) or call 527-5216, 527-9857.
- Records of Elementary and Secondary levels of St. Theresa’s College, Baguio City can be claimed from:
- St. Louis’ Center Girls’ High, Baguio City and/or Department of Education, Cordillera Autonomy Region (CAR) Region I
High School Admissions for School Year 2008-2009
General Information
- Application is open for First and Second year transferees only.
- Screening starts on the first week of October, 2007, Monday to Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
- Requirements for admission are the following:

- For First Year applicants:

- For Second Year applicants:
- Report cards (Form 138) in Grades 4 to 6 and a certified true copy of the latest grades of the current school year
N.B. The academic grades are reviewed/studied upon presentation of the document
Phase I of the Admission Process
- Completion of all documents/requirements needed
- Interview by the Directress for applicants considered as special case
- Filling- up of the High School Admission Form once documents/requirements are completed
- Payment of admission test fee
- Administration of admissions test on designated date
- Posting of test results on the Registrar’s Bulletin Board a week after the test
- Meeting/Conference with parents of successful applicants
Phase II of the Admission Process
- Payment of reservation fee which is deductible from the computed fees during enrollment time
- Attendance to Parents’ Orientation to be scheduled by the Administration
- Submission of the following on the second week of April, 2008
- Applicant’s official report card with fresh signature of the current principal
- Applicant’s official certification on Honors received, if any (for Valedictorian and Salutatorian only)
- Enrolment of the applicant on the designated day
- Attendance to New Students’ Orientation session before classes open
