34th National Children's Book Day

The National Children's Book Day was celebrated on July 25, 2017. It was organized by the Grade School Learning 
Resource Center . Mrs. Theresa T. Perez, the  Grade School Head Librarian, welcomed everyone and delivered her opening 
remarks.She emphasized the importance and the power of reading. Fun-filled activities were offered to the students such as:
   * Multimedia Story-telling - This was done to all levels. The stories chosen in this activity 
     characterize books as companions in achieving one's dreams and goals in life.
   * Book Fair - Book lovers were invited to see all the new titles and even enjoyed
     buying their favorite story-books and adding them to their new collections.
