ADMISSIONS FOR GRADE SCHOOL (Grades 1 to 6)

 STEP 1

Open an account in the admissions portal https://stcqc.orangeapps.ph/stcqc/admission and upload the following scanned documents:

 

a. Birth Certificate 

     Grade 1 student applicants must be 6y/o by June

b. Baptismal Certificate

c. 2x2 ID picture

d. Copy of the current Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN)

e. Copy of the Report Card for the 2 previous school years

f.  Certificate of Good Moral Character

g. Accomplished Recommendation Form (download from OApps portal)

h. For foreign students only:

    Bio page of the Passport and

    Alien Certificate of Registration (front and back portion of the ID)

 STEP 2

Proceed to the Guidance Office on the scheduled date for the Skills Assessment. Submit the accomplished Recommendation Form and pay the Skills Assessment fee of Php 500.00 to the Secretary of the Guidance Office.

 STEP 3

Wait for the email of the Admission Officer for the letter of approved application and pay the Reservation fee of Php 5,000.00 at the cashier.

 STEP 4

Enrol the student on the designated date.  Bring the Official Report Card showing the eligibility for promotion.
