Saint Theresa’s College of Quezon City holds a Prayer Rally on December 10, 2025, in observance of International Human Rights Day with the theme “Panawagan sa Liwanag ng Diyos: Panalangin para sa Transparency, Accountability, at Marangal na Paggalang sa Karapatang Pantao.” The event gathers the Theresian community in a solemn atmosphere of prayer, reflection, and unity.
The program features reflections on human dignity, moments of worship, and symbolic offerings presented by different sectors of the school. These symbols represent voice, dignity, family values, service, truth, and responsible leadership, emphasizing the shared responsibility of all to uphold human rights and integrity.
A highlight of the gathering is the message of Sr. Helen Rivera, ICM, who encourages the community to live out faith through truth, justice, and compassion. Her sharing strengthens the resolve of Theresians to remain vigilant, principled, and hopeful amid social realities.
The rally concludes with community singing and unified student chants across grade levels. The event affirms STCQC’s continuing commitment to equality, accountability, and ethical citizenship rooted in faith and collective responsibility.
