Guidance Fair 2018 BLOOM “A Theresian’s Guide in Building a Lifestyle Of Optimism and Mindfulnessâ€
The program generally aims to promote positive mental health and well-being through self-care and wellness activities. It specifically aims to:
- promote a positive sense of self to better appreciate one’s individuality and nurture self-esteem
- foster optimistic thinking and develop healthy coping strategies
- cultivate empathy towards others to strengthen positive relationships and
- build resilience and increase happiness among Theresians.
