PROCEDURE FOR THE FACE-TO-FACE ENROLMENT

(For Theresian completers of SY 2019-2020 and New Students/Transferrees)

A.    Schedule for the Face-to-face Enrolment (Monday to Saturday 7:30 to 11:30 AM only)

                June 29 – Gr. 12 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                June 30 – Gr. 12 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 1 – Gr. 11 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 2 – Gr. 11 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 3 – Gr. 10 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 4 – Gr. 10 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 6 – Gr. 9 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 7 – Gr. 9 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 8 – Gr. 8 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 9 – Gr. 8 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 10 – Gr. 7 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 11 – Gr. 7 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 13 – Gr. 6 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 14 – Gr. 6 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 15 – Gr. 5 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 16 – Gr. 5 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 17 – Gr. 4 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 18 – Gr. 4 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 20 – Gr. 3 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 21 – Gr. 3 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 22 – Gr. 2 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 23 – Gr. 2 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 24 – Gr. 1 students whose last name start with A to L (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 25 – Gr. 1 students whose last name start with M to Z (and their younger sibling/s)

                July 27 – Kinder and Pre-Kinder

B.    Steps for the Face-to-face Enrolment
1. Assessment and printing of Assessment/Enrolment Form in the Registrar’s Office
2. Parent brings the Assessment/Enrolment Form to the Treasurer’s Office for payment of fees and signing of Assessment/Enrolment Form
3. After payment, parents will purchase the books, supplies, and uniform
REMINDERS:
- Proper physical distancing will still be observed and parents are required to a wear mask while inside the school premises.
- Only 3 clients at a time will be entertained in the Registrar’s Office.
- Books, supplies, and uniforms will be available in STC only during the Face-to-face Enrolment schedule.
- Face-to-face Enrolment schedule must be strictly followed.
This is the end of the Face-to-Face Enrolment.
